​ANDP and its development partners are pleased to offer the following homes for sale.
Our region's median home price of nearly $400,000 continues to challenge low—and moderate-income households seeking the American Dream of homeownership. Given extreme market conditions, we are working to keep the price of our homes as low as possible.
Many of our homes for sale are paired with down payment assistance. Where possible, we connect our homebuyers to down payment assistance from ANDP and other organizations. Please use the KEY to the right to understand which homes below have related down payment assistance.

STATUS
HC = HB Contract: The home is under contract with a qualifying homebuyer.
AV = Available: The home is listed and available for purchase.
CS = Coming Soon: The home is under development and will be available soon.

DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE
AHAP2 = Up to $20K DPA from ANDP NMTC program to qualifying buyers
AHAP3 = Up to $20K DPA from ANDP
HOME = Up to $15K DPA from ANDP HOME program to qualifying buyers
1stGEN = Up to $12.5K in DPA from ANDP First Generation program to qualifying buyers
VET = Up to $15K in DPA from ANDP Veteran program to qualifying buyers
WFF = Up to $60K in DPA from Westside Future Fund to qualifying buyers
+ = Additional DPA available from Invest Atlanta (80% and 120% AMI) and Atlanta Housing (80% AMI) to qualifying buyers purchasing ANDP homes in City of Atlanta geography.
In addition to the above DPA opportunities, homebuyers with a household income at or below 80% of Area Median Income may qualify for additional down payment assistance from ANDP's affiliated FHLBank Atlanta DPA program, up to $15,000 - while funds last. Details here.
* 80% AMI buyer eligible for $20K AHAP2 DPA; home can be sold to a 120% AMI buyer - but $20K AHAP2 DPA would NOT apply. ​
