To help ANDP renters in their financial goals, we are pleased to announce a rent reporting program. There is no cost to participate in this program. Let us help build your credit!

How does the program work?

Step 1:
Participate in an information session, enroll in the program, and pay your rent in full and on time.

Step 2:
Only your on-time payments are reported to all major credit bureaus.
​
​
Step 3:
See the positive changes reflected on your credit report.
​
​
If you regularly pay rent on time and desire to improve your credit, this program could be an excellent fit for you!
